What is Books To Go?

Books To Go is a program designed for your convenience by the WSC Bookstore. We will pull the required books that you will be using FALL SEMESTER 2010 from our shelves, box the books, charge them out and have them ready for you to pick up before your classes begin. (You may sign up for this programeven before you have registered for classes.)

Why do I need Books To Go?

1. This FREE service relieves some of the stress of having to hurry around for books.

2. It is a QUICK alternative to time consuming check out lines.

3. You get the CORRECT textbooks for the classes you are taking.

4. You SAVE money by not having to pay shipping fees from elsewhere. MOST PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE WITH AMAZON.COM.

5. You get FIRST PRIORITY on used books, which cost 25% less than new books.

When & Where do I pick up my books?

Boxes may be picked up in the Bookstore, Thursday, August 19^th & Friday, August 20^th 8a.m.-5p.m., Saturday, August 21^st & Sunday, August 22^nd 10a.m.-3p.m., and Monday, August 23rd thru Wednesday, August 25^th  8a.m.-5p.m.. You must present an I.D. in order to claim your books. Books not claimed by Wednesday January 13th at 5p.m. (unless otherwise arranged) will be returned to the bookshelves and $20.00 will be charged to your account to help defray the cost of processing your order.

How much will my books cost?

****The average cost of books is between $300 and $400. PLEASE DO NOT CALL to find out how much your books will cost. Due to price fluctuations, new and used book prices, and some books not arriving until just before the term begins, it is NOT possible to give an advance total for the books you are purchasing. Your card will be charged sometime between August 9th and August 18th.

How do I register?

Sign up anytime, we do NOT need a copy of your schedule. Fill out the following form and fax or mail it in. You may also register online at Books-to-Go. Don't forget to designate whether new, used or rental books are desired. (We will try our best to meet your request!) THE LAST DAY TO SIGN UP FOR BOOKS TO GO WILL BE JULY 31st, 2010!
